SCHOOL NEWS
A MESSAGE FROM MRS. JACKSON
It was a great week at NSS and we are proud of our students for all their hard work as we approach holiday season. I spent time in first grade this week and enjoyed seeing the fine writing work they are doing as they express their ideas in written form. Since we won’t have another FLASH next week – I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful and joyous Thanksgiving. On behalf of our entire faculty – we thank you for sharing your children with us every day.

5th Grade Leads the Way this Holiday Season….
The Holiday Season is fast approaching. 5th Grade will join our Veterans from the American Legion Post #143 in supporting the Fairfield Police Department Toy Drive. Please consider donating one unwrapped toy now until December 12th to help a neighboring child in need. A collection box is located outside the office. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. – The Fifth Grade Team

 PTA NEWS

  • The PTA would like to thank Bonnie Liang and Hannah Choi of Bonnah Co. for hosting their first “Moms Night Out”! Everyone had a great time and created some beautiful projects! We all look forward to the next one.
  • Bonnie and Hannah would like to send a special thank you to the super fun ladies who attended our first Moms’ Night Out last weekend. We were so impressed with their determination, hard work, and great attitudes. Also, they were just a blast to be around. Thanks for joining us, Hima Chanamolu, Nurit Cohen-Citron, Gabrielle Dinunzio, Lea Hertzbach, Kerri Knight, Maria Kozeraki, and Annalisa Panagiotakis! We are donating a portion of their project fee back to NSS, so they had fun and helped our PTA at the same time! Woo!
